Kolkata: The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), launched the UP Polytechnic Application Form 2025 on January 15, 2025. Aspiring candidates for the UP Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic) can now register online until April 30, 2025. What are the Documents Required to Fill the JEECUP 2025 Application Form?

What's After the JEECUP 2025 Application Form?

After submitting the JEECUP 2025 application form, candidates will need to prepare for the exam. Although the UP Polytechnic Exam Date 2025 is yet to be announced, the test will consist of one paper per group with 100 objective-type questions to be completed in three hours. Each correct answer awards four marks, while an incorrect response results in a deduction of one-fourth of a mark. Candidates who meet the cutoff will be invited to participate in the counselling process. To register for online counselling, applicants must pay a fee of  Rs. 250. Once the seat allocation is finalized, candidates will need to report to their allotted institutes and complete the required admission formalities.

Ans: To qualify for JEECUP Counselling 2024, general category candidates need to secure at least 77.3 marks. For OBC candidates, the minimum qualifying score is 77 marks, while SC/ST candidates must achieve at least 68.6 marks.

Ans: The authorities will organize six rounds of JEECUP 2025 counselling, which candidates can participate in online. In each round, the authorities will allow fresh choice filling.

Ans: According to JEECUP, a total of 4,12,759 candidates registered for the UP Polytechnic entrance exam. Out of these, 3,04,382 candidates appeared, and 3,04,329 were declared successful and eligible.
